progress bar that is not a progress bar, no good info for user on what it is doing

SUMMARY
Automatic crash handler should automatically submit stuff after confirming and close itself, instead it does nothing, see the screenshot (stays in that forever - I always have to close it after couple of minutes)
If it is actually doing anything, then proper % progress bar is required (UI/UX).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. wait for something to crash

OBSERVED RESULT
It does nothing

EXPECTED RESULT
It submits crash details and closes itself.
