move location bar

SUMMARY
When the location bar is next to the main menu, there is much more space in the toolbar.

And if spacers are used, the buttons in the toolbar can be spaced out for a more intuitive navigation. see screenshot.
In the current version, the location bar is in the toolbar so one can only put buttons left or right, but not in the middle which would be the ideal place for most used buttons. Less used buttons could be more to the left or the right.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin
2. see how that location bar would fit snuggly next to the main menu.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
location bar taking most of the precious space in the toolbar

EXPECTED RESULT
location bar next to the main menu bar, more space in the toolbar

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Kernel: 6.8.0-58-generic arch: x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 13.3.0 clocksource: tsc
  Desktop: Cinnamon v: 6.4.8 tk: GTK v: 3.24.41 wm: Muffin v: 6.4.1 vt: 7 dm: LightDM v: 1.30.0
Distro: Linux Mint 22.1 Xia base: Ubuntu 24.04 noble

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Personally I would love the (re-)introduction of multiple editeble toolbars, like in Konqueror. But moving that location bar would give users a lot more customization options, without sacrificing any space.

Thanks for sharing this design proposal!

A better place to do this is in the Visual Design Group chatroom, where existing design choices and constraints that may not be immediately obvious can be explained, and we can go over which elements of this proposal might make sense to integrate.

Thanks for understanding!
