Summary: Meta+P shortcut not working in KDE Plasma (Wayland) on KDE Neon

Version: 
- Plasma: 5.27.10 (from plasmashell --version)
- KDE Neon: 5.27 (from neon-showversion)
- OS: Linux (KDE Neon)
- Platform: Wayland

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Plasma session in Wayland.
2. Press Meta+P.
3. Observe: No action is triggered.

Expected Behavior: Shortcut should execute assigned action (e.g., presentation mode).
Actual Behavior: Shortcut is ignored (no error messages).

Troubleshooting Done:
- Reset all shortcuts to default.
- Deleted kglobalshortcutsrc and khotkeysrc.
- Tested with new user account → same issue.
- Meta key works alone (opens menu).
