SUMMARY

when lang env vars are set, the UI inconsistently renders the correct locale.
For instance, he and es both in some parts of the UI do show, but the vast majority of the UI is still in english.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. flatpak run --env=LANGUAGE=es org.kde.kasts
2. notice most of the UI is rendered in english 

OBSERVED RESULT



EXPECTED RESULT

all available translation keys should be utilized correctly.
I've also run the app as a snap and it is working correctly in that case. Same version.
