SUMMARY
Timer widget executes command not only after it has been started manually but also on starting the Plasma session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a timer widget to the desktop.
2. Set the command to be "shutdown -h now" or any other you are sure you will see being executed.
3. Start the timer with a couple of seconds, observe the command being executed.
4. Log out and log in back.

OBSERVED RESULT
The command is being executed on creating the widget.

EXPECTED RESULT
The command is not executed on creating the widget.

It's a fully updated Kubuntu 24.04, sorry, no time to gather exact numbers as I'm already away from the system in question.

Cannot reproduce in current git master, so it looks like it's been fixed since somewhere between Plasma 5.27 and 6.4.
