Would like a shortcut key for the move tool. Hold Ctrl key while dragging something with move tool, and it is cloned. Like copy and paste but faster.

With no selection, clone current layer and drop it when release mouse button.

With selection, clone selected image (leaving original in place) and drop it in new position when release mouse button.
