SUMMARY
When you close dolphin and reopen it, the app should read dolphin_dolphin_dolphin config file and open last state. but now with new update, It doesn't.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. open a directory
3. close the app and reopen it again.

OBSERVED RESULT
in any case dolphin opens at HOME directory.

EXPECTED RESULT
open the last window state.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I rolled back to previous Dolphin packages, but it didn't help. I guess it is more plasma related not app it self.

I found culprit package: kxmlgui-6.13.0. downgrade to 6.12.0 solves the issue
