Description Patrick Silva 2025-04-25 13:35:21 UTC
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download neon-unstable-20250420-1146.iso from https://neon.kde.org/download
2. create a virtual machine in VirtualBox
3. make sure the just created virtual machine is NOT set to UEFI mode
4. install neon unstable in the virtual machine

OBSERVED RESULT
neon unstable is successfully installed, but it fails to boot (I get "no bootable device" or similar error).
neon unstable installed in a virtual machine set to UEFI mode boots as expected.

EXPECTED RESULT
successful boot
