SUMMARY
If I need to search for a file which filename is less than 3 letters in Chinese/Japanese, I can't find them.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Alt+F2
2. Type in Chinese/Japanese

OBSERVED RESULT
If there are 3 letters in your filename, it works. If the filename is less than 2 letters, it can't find the file.

EXPECTED RESULT
It can find my file with less than 3 letters in my filename.
