Screenshot of the bug (extracted from a gpu-screen-recorder video)

SUMMARY
When I press Win+Shift+PrintScr or initiate a rectangular region screenshot from the program GUI, then hold shift to zoom into pixels around the cursor, the magnifying glass is blurred (every pixel is blended from a 2x2 region of the screen).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Win+Shift+PrintScr to initiate a rectangular screenshot.
2. Hold Shift and move the mouse. (The magnifying glass does not appear or disappear by itself; is this a bug?)

This issue occurs even on a single-monitor configuration without DPI scaling enabled.

OBSERVED RESULT
The contents of the magnifying glass are blurry. If I'm screenshotting a pixel checkerboard image, the preview shows a gray field no matter where I move the mouse.

EXPECTED RESULT
The contents of the magnifying glass are sharp.
