The output of dbus-monitor

Everytime I start Chromium (135) the Shortcuts page of Systemsettings is opened. This is caused by Chromium using the GlobalShortcuts Portal.

By looking at dbus-monitor "interface=org.freedesktop.portal.GlobalShortcuts" I have found out that Chromium seems to switch between 2 different BindShortcuts one each restart, which seems to cause this problem. I have attached the output for more information.

Hi - this one mostly comes down to a Chromium bug: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/404298968

Although on a related note, an improved approach on the Plasma side - which will make situations like this easier to work around - has been merged and is planned for Plasma 6.4: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/xdg-desktop-portal-kde/-/merge_requests/368
