STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. pair an android phone and a desktop computer running KDE Plasma
2. click on KDE Connect applet in the system tray
3. click on "Virtual Display" beside the name of the paired android phone

OBSERVED RESULT
the tiny message with scroll bar seen in the attached screenshot appears

EXPECTED RESULT
entirely readable message, without a scroll bar
