Created attachment 180609 [details] Image of pasted text SUMMARY Copying text from intellij IDEA (running through xwayland) and then pasting it into intellij datagrip (running thru wayland) produces the characters "�� p r o d u c e r" (original word was "producer") STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Copy text in IDEA (xwayland) 2. Paste text in datagrip (wayland) 3. Additional info: switching datagrip from native wayland to xwayland resolves the issue but this is not a solution, this worked until the last system update (which included both kde gear and frameworks)
This seems to be working now
