SUMMARY
Copying text from intellij IDEA (running through xwayland) and then pasting it into intellij datagrip (running thru wayland) produces the characters "�� p r o d u c e r" (original word was "producer")

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy text in IDEA (xwayland)
2. Paste text in datagrip (wayland)
3. Observe

OBSERVED RESULT
Pasting produced the text in clipboard with symbols between characters (check screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT
Pasting should paste what is in clipboard

Started happening after a big system update (openSUSE Tumbleweed 20250403 -> 20250420)

Additional info: switching datagrip from native wayland to xwayland resolves the issue but this is not a solution, this worked until the last system update (which included both kde gear and frameworks)

This seems to be working now
