SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Konsole or any other command prompt
2. type in "kinfo"
3. behold

OBSERVED RESULT
ERROR:             VkInstanceCreateInfo::pApplicationInfo::apiVersion has value of 0 which is not permitted. If apiVersion is not 0, then it must be greater than or equal to the value of VK_API_VERSION_1_0 [VUID-VkApplicationInfo-apiVersion]
and then the OS, Versions and hardware

EXPECTED RESULT
just the hardware

I am on my second KDE Neon machine and this error appears as well, here's the kinfo output:

I can't reproduce this on kinfo built from today's git-master
I do see the same error on Neon Unstable

Might be another KNU skill issue

Adjusting title as so far this seems to consistently reproduce on Neon, but consistently not reproduce on other distributions.
