SUMMARY
 In the KDE Connect windows app, the message suggesting users visit the "Community Wiki" if they are having problems displays a link that is not functional. The text appears as a link but does not behave like one—it's not clickable and does not redirect the user.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KDE Connect.
2. Before adding a device, navigate to the "No Device Selected" page.
3. "If you are having problems, visit the Community Wiki" appears.
3. Attempt to click on the "Community Wiki" link.

OBSERVED RESULT
 The link is either not clickable.

EXPECTED RESULT
Clicking the link should open the KDE Connect Community Wiki in the default web browse
