STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover
2. click on "Installed" in the left side
3. search for an installed app

OBSERVED RESULT
Misplaced "Still looking..." spinner seen in the attached screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
correctly positioned "Still looking..." spinner
