highlight buttons have arrows in wrong direction

SUMMARY

Redo/undo arrow icons is in wrong directions for RTL, see image attached, check 2nd image on how it is sipposed to look like.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any folder
2. Select an image
3. rotate it using on hover rotate icons to see the blue bar that says "Current image modified"

OBSERVED RESULT

Arrows are in the wrong direction

EXPECTED RESULT

Arrows are in the correction direction for RTL languages.

Please change it to Product: Breeze and component: icons as this issue affects KDE apps like kwrite etc, all ones that have Redo/undo buttons.

I think these also need to have their own icons for RTL languages.
