STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a folder
2. copy a file to just created folder
3. send the file copied in the step 2 to Trash
4. send the folder created in the step 1 to Trash
5. open Trash
6. try to restore the file sent to Trash in the step 3

OBSERVED RESULT
the file is not restored and Dolphin shows the message seen in the attached screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin recreates the original location and restores the file, like Nautilus file manager

I don't think that's a better default behaviour, but it would make sense if the user was asked if they want those directories to be recreated.
