SUMMARY
When using a VPN and connecting to a network that has never been connected to before with an incorrect password, the networks list view bugs out with a massive gap between the VPN network item and the connecting network with the incorrect password.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to a VPN that will have an item in the networks applet
2. Connect to a new network using an incorrect password.
3. Wait for the incorrect password dialog to show up.
4. Open the networks applet.

OBSERVED RESULT
Massive gap between the VPN item and the connecting network item

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal item delegate sizes

I'm able to reproduce this on Solus git-master as well
