SUMMARY
Swatch Groups completely fail to create when trying to add them

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Edit Current Palette
2. Add a swatch group with any number of rows
3. Click OK

OBSERVED RESULT
The Swatch group was not added on initialization
When returning to the palette editor, only the blank swatch group stands
No rows are added to the palette
The palette is not split

EXPECTED RESULT
The Swatch group being registered
When returning to the palette editor, the added swatch group retains
rows are added to the palette
The palette is split

This has already been fixed. The fix will be in the next release and is available in the nightly builds.
