SUMMARY
Discover does not switch to no proxy mode
After using Hiddify which sets up system proxy and disabling it in app or in settings (no proxy radio button), Discover got "stuck" in proxy mode, 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on Hiddify proxy in system proxy mode
2. Use Discover to update apt cache/upgrade
3. Turn off Proxy in app
4. Turn off Proxy in settings to be sure
5. Press update button in Discover updates page (Right one)
5. Get the message that proxy (127.0.0.1:12334) is unavailable

OBSERVED RESULT
Discover tries to use proxy

EXPECTED RESULT
Discover follows system settings and switches no proxy mode with proxy disabled
