numerical digits % are in LTR instead of being in RTL

SUMMARY

RTL status bar aspect ratio is in LTR when you pick an aspect ratio, see image attached.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open any image
2. click on the status bar Fit (by default)
3. choose any numerical digits %

OBSERVED RESULT

it is in LTR

EXPECTED RESULT

it is in RTL
