SYSTEM
- Zenned
- KDE Plasma 6.3.0
- KDE Frameworks 6.12.0
- Qt 6.9.0

STEPS
1. Click on the indicator "brightness and color".
2. Set the option "keyboard backlight" to "on".
3. Shutdown and power on again.

RESULT
- The keyboard backlight is off.

I can reproduce this on git-master by either rebooting or just logging out and back in

I'm no longer able to reproduce this on git-master
It may be resolved in 6.4.0
