SUMMARY
Dragging scrollbar starts selecting files in Folder View widget.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create Folder View widget and move it to desktop.
2. Specify a directory the widget has to show (it has to have enough directories/files to render the scrollbar).
3. Start scrolling.
4. Move your mouse over the items in the widget.

OBSERVED RESULT
After clicking and moving scrollbar I can see the selection rectangle and I can move mouse to the left and select items while scrolling.

When I click the scrollbar and don't move the mouse it enables the edit mode and also starts selection. You have to click outside the widget to disable the edit mode but you have to click on the scrollbar or any item to stop the selection.

The scrollbar isn't centered.

EXPECTED RESULT
It doesn't start selection and doesn't render the selection rectangle. It just scrolls. And the scrollbar is centered horizontally inside its space.
