SUMMARY
KDE Wallet does not open automatically (when using the same password for the wallet and the logged in user).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set KDE Wallet to the same password as the user password.
2. Login to KDE Plasma.

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Wallet prompts for a password before opening.

EXPECTED RESULT
KDE Wallet should open automatically since the wallet password is the same as user password.

This was fixed in an update to KDE Neon Testing today. KDE Frameworks Version changed from 6.14.0 to 6.15.0 so maybe that fixed it.
