SUMMARY
Since opening the settings has changed from pushDialogLayer to settingsView.open(), you can open an unlimited number of instances of the program settings window from the desktop (previously, the dialog was modal and did not allow this).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open settings window from desktop.
2. Open another settings window.
3. Open any settings windows.

OBSERVED RESULT
Any number of settings windows will open.

EXPECTED RESULT
Only one settings window can be opened.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It started with version 25/04. Everything is fine in version 24/12.
