REQUIREMENT

Actions to open and close the panels that come up at the bottom.
This may be location based (location of the buttons in the bottom toolbar), or name based.

Good to have some default keyboard shortcuts. e.g. "Alt+1" to "Alt+9" as Qt Creator does
