STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Let polar alignment tool calculate initial error by taking three images and plate solving
2. Choose plate solve option as method to update polar align error when correcting mount

OBSERVED RESULT
Declination is updated but RA value doesn't update correctly
If I select option "move star and update" then RA value is updated correctly

EXPECTED RESULT
RA value should update with plate solving option
