Description Michelle Brannon 2025-04-15 07:57:31 UTC
App Name: PhotoSync Pro
Version: 2.4.1
Device/OS: Windows 10 (64-bit), Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM

Summary:
App crashes when trying to upload photos to Google Drive.

Expected Behavior:
When I click "Upload to Google Drive," the app should start the upload process and show a progress bar.

Actual Behavior:
The app freezes for about 5 seconds, then crashes with no error message. No files are uploaded.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open PhotoSync Pro

Select 10 or more photos

Click the "Upload" button

Choose "Google Drive" as the destination

Click "Start Upload"

Additional Info:

This issue happens every time I try to upload more than 5 photos.

Uploading to Dropbox works fine.

No error message appears, but Event Viewer shows a crash log related to photosync.exe.

Temporary workaround: Upload fewer than 5 photos at a time.
