OBSERVED RESULT
Ubuntu makes warning
"The problem cannot be reported:
ghostwriter is provided by a snap published by kde. No contact address has been provided; visit the forum at https://forum.snapcraft.io/for help."

EXPECTED RESULT
Successfully send report about app in accordance with https://help.ubuntu.com/stable/ubuntu-help/report-ubuntu-bug.html.en

Hi - ubuntu-bug works for .deb package formats, not for Snaps. You can follow Ubuntu's guidelines here for Snap packages: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs#How_to_report_bugs

I suggest to allow to use ubuntu-bug even with snap. I think this modification will allow users to make bug report more easy with fully informed for developers... Do you agree?

That sounds like a good idea! Implementing that's in the control of the Ubuntu team, though, as that ubuntu-bug CLI tool isn't a KDE product.
