 Version 8.6.
 Downloaded File: digiKam-8.6.0-Qt6-Win64-debug.tar.xz [Portable]
 Os : Win 11 24H2 , Build : 26100.3775
Installation Version is Working Fine.

After opening[Portable], only a blank screen appears. No controls are visible, and everything is hidden. 
Only the form's title bar is visible, and the context menu is functional.

This is a known issue with the Qt5 version (which will soon be discontinued) of digiKam. I think you downloaded the wrong portable version, because I see kbuildsycoca5 in the directory. Download the Qt6 version.
