SUMMARY
With https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kxmlgui/-/commit/8c9fb02a1d37672b26a03a9dd9e8675743deb269, Dolphin no longer restores previously open tabs on restart.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open some tabs in Dolphin
2. Close Dolphin
3. Restart Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin only opens the home directory

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin restores previously open tabs
