SUMMARY I opened a file (a "patch") in Pure Data a.k.a. Pd (https://puredata.info/), and normally this results in having two items with identical icons in the task manager, one for Pd's main window (with controls and a "console" for output), and another for the patch file (screenshot 1). If you open more than one patch, the additional windows will group with the "+" sign under the second icon (screenshot 2). Anyway I had only one open. After suspending and resuming, Pd's second window icon got replaced with the one that can be seen in screenshot 3. I don't know what that icon belongs to, but it has the KDE logo. This time I didn't install any updates (or any new package for that matter). STEPS TO REPRODUCE I have no idea. This doesn't systematically happen when suspending and resuming. Just to clarify, screenshots 1 and 2 show normal behavior, while screenshot 3 shows the issue.
Thanks for the bug report. So we can try to reproduce this, can you let us know about the grouping settings for the Icons-Only Task Manager Settings? Behavior - Group Do you have that set to "Do not group"?
