SUMMARY
See attachment. Applying "Breeze" or "Breeze Dark" works. But "Breeze Twlight" or "Oxygen" only changes the application style, while the Plasma them remain unchanged.

This bug only happens in a new user account. It stops happening after manually changing Plasma theme.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new user and login.
2. Systemsettings - Colors & Themes - Global Theme
3. Select "Breeze Twilight", apply

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma theme doesn't change.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma theme change to "Breeze Dark".
