SUMMARY
No closing animations on windows if there is an app/video opened in the fullscreen in background

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open some app or video in fullscreen
2. Open Dolphin or any other app
3. Close the opened app

OBSERVED RESULT
No closing animation

EXPECTED RESULT
Closing animation
