Description Tech-Tac 2025-04-09 16:29:59 UTC
SUMMARY
When right clicking a task icon in a Icons-Only Task Manager and choosing "Show in Activities" > "Move to [activity]", the selected task/window instead appears in both the current and chosen activity until repeating again (same as clicking the activity checkbox above in the same menu). This behavior is not present in the window context menu though (right click window title or click window titlebar icon), where the "Move to [activity]" option actually moves the window to said activity while removing it from the current one.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the context menu of Icon Task Manager to move a window to a different activity
2. Do the same using the window titlebar context menu instead
3. Notice the difference in behavior

OBSERVED RESULT
Window shows in both activities when using the task manager menu, but actually moves to the other activity when using the window titlebar context menu.

EXPECTED RESULT
The options in both menus should behave the same.
