weird-looking wifi dialog

SUMMARY
The confirmation dialog that appears doesn't appear to follow the Breeze theme properly. The buttons have no boxes around them.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Plasma network applet
2. Click settings
3. Try deleting a saved wifi network

OBSERVED RESULT
The dialog looks weird.

EXPECTED RESULT
The dialog should look like a properly themed Breeze window
