Desired display configuration with error

SUMMARY

In the "Display & Monitor" menu of Plasma's system settings there are gaps reported between two scaled monitors, which makes it impossible to place two scaled displays above and below each other if there is a third unscaled display.
Placing two scaled display on top of each other works if there is no third unscaled monitor. Placing a scaled display right below the unscaled one works as well. Having an unscaled one to the side and placing the two scaled ones above/below each other however does not work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Scale one display (for example to 135%).
2. Scale second display as well (for example to 135%).
3. Have another unscaled display (for example because it has lower resolution)
3. Try to place scaled displays stacked on top of each other.

OBSERVED RESULT

Error "Gaps between displays are not supported. Make sure all displays are touching." is reported and display configuration cannot be applied.

EXPECTED RESULT

Being able to apply a display configuration like the one shown in the attachment without receiving errors about gaps that are not there.

Can you paste the output of running `kscreen-doctor -o` in a terminal window?

It seems I am facing the same issue.

# output of `kscreen-doctor`
```
sh-5.3$ kscreen-doctor -o
Detected locale "C" with character encoding "ANSI_X3.4-1968", which is not UTF-8.
Qt depends on a UTF-8 locale, and has switched to "C.UTF-8" instead.
If this causes problems, reconfigure your locale. See the locale(1) manual
That looks suspicious.
