SUMMARY

Cannot open a .PDF file from the Windows command line, if there is a "#" symbol in the file path. No matter if I open the file from the current folder or specify the full path. From the Okular UI, files open normally.

Okular version: 25.03.70
Windows: 10.0.19045.5608
