KRunner pop up clips into floating top Panel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Set Panel position to the top of the screen.
2.  Enable floating Panel.
3.  KRunner Settings set Position on screen to Top.

OBSERVED RESULT
KRunner pop up clips into Panel. It appears that the KRunner pop up is off set from the top of the screen the same distance as the Panel height but does not account for the fact that the Panel is lowered when it's set to floating.

EXPECTED RESULT
KRunner correctly accounts for the floating top Panel and does not clip into the Panel.
