SUMMARY

The toolbar, menu bar, and heading do not adapt to resize.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Resize the window smaller, slowly. Observe what (does not) occur(s) to the toolbar, menu bar, and heading.

OBSERVED RESULT

A QToolBarExtension-equivalent does not appear in the ActionToolBar when its children overflow the window geometry (due to window resize, or display size contstraint).

EXPECTED RESULT

It should. Otherwise, this is unusable on tablets and Plasma Mobile.
