Description Ken Bloom 2025-04-03 20:45:23 UTC
SUMMARY

In Plasma 5, the "Touchpad" control panel had an option to exempt certain mice from the "Disable while mouse is connected". I could exempt the trackpoint, and thereby configure my system as follows:

* Enable touchpad when Lenovo trackpoint (built-in) is connected
* Disable touch pad when Lenovo trackpoint (built-in) is connected and an external mouse is connected.

This option seems to be gone in Plasma 6.3.0

Which devices the option affects is decided by libinput. Please report this at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libinput/-/issues
