Different Widgets showing different Volume levels in Audio Widget

SUMMARY
Running Arch Linux, Kernel 6.13.8, Plasma Version 6.3.4, Kde Framework 6.12, Qt Version 6.8.3, Everything is up to date.
Running in Wayland, with an AMDGPU.
The problem is, I have 2 monitors, and both monitors do have a Plasma Panel with Audio Volume Widget. When I change volume level in one monitor, the change is not respected on the second panel and vice versa.
Lets say on Monitor 2 I change the volume level from %60 to %65, the actual volume level system-wide goes to %65 but on Monitor 1 Panels widget, the volume slider stays at %60 even though the volume level is at %65, and when I change the volume level on Monitor 1, unless I go above %65 first, volume levels stays untouched. If I change the volume slider in Monitor 1's panel to %5, the volume still stays at %65 system-wide. To make the change, I must first pass the threshold of %65 on Monitor 1, which then Monitor 1 Volume slider takes priority, and then any changes made in Volume Panel in Monitor 1 actually changes the Volume level system-wide. but then it creates an egg-chicken problem, the second monitors panel volume slider stays at %65 while monitor 1 is at lets say %5.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 Monitors, Have a Plasma Panel on both of them with a Audio Volume widget (the one that comes by default in a fresh install)
2. Change volume by changing the slider in the panel in either monitor
3. Observe that even though volume changes are changed system wide, other monitors volume slider stays at the same level.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Volume Sliders are not synced across different monitors

EXPECTED RESULT
The volume sliders should be synced across different monitors
