jumping animation window effect

SUMMARY
when kdenetwork-filesharing is installed and property for a folder is opened the Dolphin does a jump animation window effect  just once and thereafter doing the same dolphin show property window normally

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kdenetwork-filesharing
2. restart pc
3. open Dolphin
4. right click a folder and go to properties

OBSERVED RESULT
properties window does a jumping animation window effect

EXPECTED RESULT

normal property window without any effect
