OBSERVED RESULT
I want to open the tools menu to install plugins but there are nothing to display, only show the first menu `scripts`, but the secondary menu doesn't show, so I don't know how to install plugins.I find the plugins folder is in /usr/share/krita/pykrita on my computer and I put the plugin into that folder, it doesn't work!I restart krita many times but to no avail.

what's more, I also open the settings to see the python plugins, but there are nothing

Does this also happen with the appimage? If not, it's probably a problem with the Arch build, if it does, it might be a settings problem. You can clear your settings following: https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration
