SUMMARY
Symlink icons in Dolphin are pixelated / render worse than other icons. Someone mentioned (https://discuss.kde.org/t/anyone-else-seeing-pixellated-symlink-icons-in-dolphin/31773/2) that there may be some link to ongoing work: https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/merge_requests/804, https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/merge_requests/889#note_1143427. Yes, I am using fractional scaling.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a symlink to a directory in Dolphin
2. Observe the icon
