STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go about your business and wait for it to happen. Happens once a day or every other day.

OBSERVED RESULT

My computer randomly started lagging and freezing while I was watching a video on Firefox. The video, audio, mouse, and opening other applications were all affected. This occurred at 6:38:45
