SUMMARY Before Plasma 6.3 when editing applications in app menu it opened a different menu, which had quite a lot of features that are currently missing in kmenuedit. One request per bug report please. "Forcing app to use dGPU" will be implemented in https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kmenuedit/-/merge_requests/44, and is tracked by Bug 502198. "There's no information about where desktop file for the app is stored" is already fixed in Plasma 6.4; see https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kmenuedit/-/merge_requests/40 and Bug 412852. Similarly, we need an individual bug report for each other omission/request. Can you do that? thanks!
