couple of screenshots of the media player and bug mentioned above.

SUMMARY
  while watching a playlist of videos with multiple audio and subtitles files, after watching the next video. the audio and subtitle button show double the actual content. most likely the previous video file. also the list item is blank. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start watching a playlist of videos with mutliple audio or subtitles. 
2. after watching the first video check the audio or subtitle button below the menu bar. 
3. should be a list of blank items. 

OBSERVED RESULT
i expect the video's audio and subtitle but i see more and most are blank items.

This is fixed already https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/haruna/-/commit/86807e71e3f51a8bba5f0d34bc119adce9995f3f.
For the flatpak I just pushed an update with the above fix.
If you don't want to use the flatpak you'll have to wait for the next version or ask the package maintainer to apply the patch.
