Sometimes when there is an issue with restoring a session, the session file becomes corrupted and duplicates windows in the session file (a session store that should have 10 windows restores all 10 twice.. then later it does that again, and you are restoring 30 windows, 3 same windows of each, etc). I am not sure yet what causes this.

Last version where I had this problem is: konqueror-23.08.5-1, x86_64 on fc39.
  kf5-kio-core-libs version is 5.116.

I'm working on the session restore code, and this issue seems to be fixed with the changes I have already made in my local copy. I am filing this bug to track the problem, in case there are any further issues with it later on, or if my fixes do not resolve the issue for other users for any reason.
